REFUND POLICY

Customers within the European Union have the right to return or exchange their product within 14 days of receiving the item. We do not provide prepaid return labels. If you wish to return a product or exchange it for a different size, please contact us at info@ravenuehelsinki.com before sending the item back.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, we do not offer returns or refunds unless the item is defective. In the event of a defective product, please contact us at info@ravenuehelsinki.com

Returned items must be in their original, unworn condition and free from odors, stains, or alterations not stated in the original product description. All original tags must remain intact. Removal of any tag will render the item ineligible for return.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive the item to return it or to notify us of any issues related to your order.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.

If the returned item does not meet the return eligibility criteria, including signs of wear, odors, or stains, no refund will be issued. In such cases, the item may be returned to you at your expense.
