REFUND POLICY

Returns 

European Union: You can return your product via 14 days, we don't hand out return labels. If you want to return your product or change size, please contact info@ravenuehelsinki.com.

Outside the EU: There are no refunds or returns unless the item is defective. In that event, please contact us via info@ravenuehelsinki.com.

Pre-order and sale items are non-refundable.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
