Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times

We ship our products from Finland using Posti or UPS services. Below are the estimated delivery times for different regions via UPS:

European Countries: Delivery times range from 1–5 business days, depending on the destination country's location. For example, deliveries to Nordic countries may take approximately 1–2 business days, while deliveries to Southern or Eastern European countries might take 3–5 business days.

United Kingdom: Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days.

United States: Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and actual delivery may vary based on factors such as customs processing and local postal services.

Customs and Import Duties

As the customer, you are responsible for any import taxes and duties that may apply to your order. Import duties and taxes vary by country, and we are unable to control or predict their amount. If you refuse a shipment from us, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges.

We are committed to reducing unnecessary waste throughout our production and fulfillment process. We use no plastic in our shipments, every order is packed in a paper mailer instead of plastic packaging. Rather than conventional plastic poly bags, each garment is protected in a reusable dust bag made from recycled cotton.

We also avoid synthetic fibers entirely, using only natural materials throughout our collections. Our goal is to create products that not only stand the test of time, but are made with thoughtful material choices from start to finish.
